YCS Governance
YCS is a charity registered with Canada Revenue Agency. www.cra.gc.ca Charitable organization # 05-86347-59-27. YCS is also a registered non-profit society in good standing with Yukon Corporate Affairs.
YCS is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors meets monthly. Board meetings are open to the general membership. To find out when the next monthly meeting is scheduled, contact YCS.

The Yukon Conservation Society also holds an Annual General Meeting each spring where officers are nominated and elected to the Board of Directors, the Audited Financial Statements for the previous year are presented, and the prior year's activities are summarized.
